Foundations Roasting Equipment
In this course we will touch on the basic preventative maintenance necessary to keep a coffee roaster doing what its does best. ROAST COFFEE BATCH AFTER BATCH!! We discuss Keeping it Clean, Keepin it Greasy, Keeping it maintained for the long haul. We look at common problems, discuss thermocouples, and actually remove the fan of a 1950 Probat UG12 for inspection and cleaning.
