Technical and Service Foundations Espresso and Brewing Equipment
Follow along as we demystify the service and repair of espresso equipment, brewing equipment and grinders. We identify the common causes of equipment failure, how to recognize a problem in the early stages, how to diagnose the problem and devise a plan to fix it. We touch on the most basic issues in this class. We also compile a list of tools that are compulsory and others that are on the wish list.
We also start to rebuild a Custom built circa 2000 LaMarzocco Linea 5 group Espresso machine, built by factory in Firenze, Italy. It was our original machine used in our Roastery Cafe in Seattle Washington from 2000-2005.
