This class is designed for anyone who is new to the coffee industry or just has an interest in this wonderful drink.
We take you through the history of coffee, from its origins in Ethiopia to its place today as one of the world’s most consumed beverages and major commodities. Attendees will go in-depth on understanding the bean, farming and processing methods, best brewing practices and common drinks consumed worldwide. We also discover a brief history of the machines used to roast and brew this wonderful product.
